Explore Eastchester NY is a hyper-local media platform dedicated to highlighting the people, businesses, and community that make Eastchester and its surrounding villages unique. Through photography, storytelling, and strategic social media content, we showcase local restaurants, retailers, health and wellness professionals, students, community leaders, and first responders.

Our mission is to educate, connect, and elevate the community by sharing the stories behind the businesses and individuals shaping Eastchester. From local events and restaurant features to business interviews and community highlights, we create media that celebrates the character, culture, and growth of our town.

Explore Eastchester NY was built on the belief that strong communities are created when people support one another. By working with local businesses, organizations, and residents, we aim to strengthen relationships, increase visibility for local brands, and create a digital space where the Eastchester community can stay informed, engaged, and inspired.

With a vision for building something meaningful, JoAnna Tamarazzo founded Explore Eastchester NY to highlight the people, businesses, and stories that make the community special. As a Communications & Media professional and local storyteller, JoAnna blends creative strategy, photography, and social media marketing to connect residents with the evolving culture of Eastchester. Her hands-on approach to community engagement and media helps local businesses, leaders, and organizations share their story while strengthening the town’s digital presence.

Stephen Bryson — Creative Director & Lead Photographer

Stephen Bryson serves as the Creative Director and Lead Photographer behind the lens of Explore Eastchester NY. A longtime Eastchester resident and first responder, Stephen brings a deep appreciation for the community and a passion for visual storytelling. Through photography, drone work, and media production, he captures the people, places, and moments that define Eastchester. His work with local organizations, first responders, and businesses helps document the town’s growth while preserving its character.
